Entrecard is a very popular free exchange. Register your free account, select the appropriate category for your blog. Then select the ad format (widgets) to insert into your blog. There are three formats:

127x148 slim widget
200x127 medium widget
250x127 wide widget

You can place any ads on any blog in Entrecard system if you have enough Entrecard Credits. Entrecard Credits can be purchased or when you visit other people blog and click on the "Drop" on the Entrecard Widget. Every day you may only drop a maximum of 300 times.
